Return policy

At Karco , we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality home supplies. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

1.Return Period: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt.

2.Product Condition: To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories, and in a condition suitable for resale. Please initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.

3.Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer with a valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt).Except in cases where the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

4.Refunds: Refunds will be processed within approximately 15 days of receiving the returned items. Also note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method in the same amount as the initial transaction.

5.Exceptions:Please note that custom orders, personalized items(such as home textiles,towels,duvets and fitted sheets) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons and perishable goods from your side.

في كاركو، نولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا لرضاكم ونسعى لتوفير مستلزمات منزلية عالية الجودة, إذا لم تكونوا راضين تمامًا عن مشترياتكم، يمكنكم إرجاعها وفقًا للشروط التالية:

1. فترة الإسترجاع: يمكن إسترجاع المنتجات خلال 15 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام

2. حالة المنتج: لكي تكون مؤهلاً للإسترجاع، يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، في عبوتها الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات، وفي حالة مناسبة لإعادة البيع, و يرجى بدء عملية الإسترجاع من خلال الاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء لدينا للحصول على إخدمة إسترجاع البضائع

3. تكاليف الشحن: تكاليف شحن الإسترجاع هي مسؤولية العميل مع إثبات شراء ساري (فاتورة، إيصال)، باستثناء الحالات التي يكون فيها المنتج معيبًا أو حدث خطأ من جانبنا.

4. استرداد الأموال: سيتم عملية استرداد الأموال خلال حوالي 15 يومًا من استلام المنتجات المسترجعة . يرجى ملاحظة أن الاسترداد سيتم عن طريقة الدفع الأصلية بنفس مبلغ المعاملة الأولية.

5. الاستثناءات: يرجى ملاحظة أن الطلبات  والمنتجات الشخصية (مثل الأقمشة المنزلية، والمناشف، واللحاف، والملاءات) غير مؤهلة للإسترجاع لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة، والسلع القابلة للتلف
